Before you launch -checklist

Navigation
- Is clear and easy to use.
- Does not have too many 'tiers'.
- All links are tested and work.
- All areas of your site are easily accessible.

Color
- Shell and main elements are consistent throughout pages.
- Review at 8 bit, 16 bit and 32 bit.
- Text color is easily readable.
- There is not too much 'screaming' color.

Graphics
- Images have height and width attributes.
- Images have description labeled in 'alt' attribute.
- Images are optimized.
- There are no unecessary graphics.
- Download time has not been compromised by too many graphics.

Compatibility
- Testing at the very least has been done in Internet Explorer, Netscape, and on a Mac.
- Testing at 640 x 480, 800 x 600, and 1024 x 768 monitor resolutions.
- You have tested for plug-ins and provided links to downloads where needed.

Design
- You have included white space.
- You have page organisation through use of a grid.
- You have defined a mood for your site that relates to the subject matter.
- You have not cluttered your page.

Production
- Page Title, META keywords, META description have been added.
- Page has been spell checked and proof read.

Links
- Links have been tested.
- There are no links to files residing on your hard drive.
- All links leading off of your site open in a new window.
